The Scottish Wildlife Trust had over 200+ visitors to their Open Day at Johnston Terrace Garden Reserve in the centre of Edinburgh, on Sat 24 June 2023. I was delighted to be asked to contribute some of my photos, along with David Stevens, for the Open Day.
Johnston Terrace Garden is the Scottish Wildlife Trust’s smallest reserve, located in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town, next to Edinburgh Castle. It demonstrates how a small, neglected urban area can be converted into an invaluable wildlife refuge.
